1、 Glass

Glass bottles are mainly used in cosmetics: skin care products (cream, lotion), perfume, essential oil, nail polish have small capacity, and the capacity of more than 200ml is rarely used in cosmetics. Glass bottles are divided into wide necked bottles and narrow necked bottles. Solid paste is usually a wide mouthed bottle. It should be equipped with an aluminum or plastic cover. The bottle cap can be used for color spray and other effects; The body of lotion or water-based paste usually uses a narrow mouth bottle, which should be equipped with a pump head. If the cover is equipped with an inner plug, the water agent is equipped with a small hole and an inner plug, and the thicker lotion is equipped with a large hole inner plug.

Combination:

1. Cream bottle series: glass bottle body+double-layer plastic cap (usually with a capacity of 10g-50g)

2. Essence series: glass bottle+plastic pump head or anodized aluminum pump head (relatively high, 20-100ml)

3. Carbon powder series: glass bottle+plastic inner plug+shell (100ml or more, can also be equipped with a pump head)

4. Essential oil bottle series: glass bottle body+inner stopper+large head cap or glue drip head+dropper+anodized aluminum oxide cap

2、 Hoses

The hose is divided into single-layer, double-layer, and five layer hoses, which have different resistance to pressure, penetration, and feel. For example, the five layer hose has two adhesive layers and a blocking layer from the outer and inner layers. Features: It has excellent gas blocking performance, which can effectively prevent the infiltration of oxygen and odorous gases, prevent the odor of the content, and prevent the leakage of effective ingredients.

Combination:

The hose+cover/hose is usually made of PE plastic. According to the thickness of the product, it is divided into single-layer tubes (versatile, low-cost) and double-layer tubes (with good sealing performance). According to the shape of the product, it is divided into circular hoses (multi-purpose, low-cost) and flat hoses, also known as irregular pipes (waiting for secondary joints, higher cost). The outer shell of the hose has a nut (single-layer and double-layer, most of which are electroplated covers to increase product grade and look more beautiful, and the professional line mostly uses nuts) and a flip cover.

3、 Plastic bottles

The materials of plastic bottles are usually PP, PE, K materials, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc. Commonly used in cosmetic containers, thick cream bottles, caps, stoppers, gaskets, pump heads, and dust caps for injection molding; PET bottle blowing two-step forming tube blank is used for injection molding and packaging of blown finished products. Other lotion bottles, such as thinner container walls, are blown.

PET-PET has high transparency, and the bottle is soft and can be squeezed but harder than PP.
